Only if your order is cancelled, then you can get to support. if pending, processing or in progress, you must wait till delivered. orders can take up to 24hrs or more before delivered, depending on traffic in system for orders placed.
6. Make sure the same number or email in your Damaspanel  account should be used for deposits and transactions. don't use information or details different from that in your account, otherwise you might face a penalty.
7. If you think information used to do transaction is not same as in account. make a change of information now and save so you don't face future penalty for using different information not in account to do transactions and funds adding.
8. Don't use private links to place orders. if used and orders get canceled or completed but not delivered, no refund will be done. Refund is done only for public links if mistakenly cancelled. 9. Don't make order multiple times for the same link/profile/account. wait for the first order to finish before doing second order for the same link. Multiple orders can be done only for different links
